Seminar Designed To Teach Lawyers How To Be Better Negotiators

The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) is offering a CLE seminar titled 2008 Negotiations Skills for Lawyers.

The program will take place on Friday, February 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the CBA-CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.

Attendees will: explore real-world negotiation dynamics and strategies; learn about their current negotiation style; develop skills through hands-on negotiations; learn how to deal with common problems that arise in negotiations; develop techniques to better evaluate negotiation performance, and examine practical ethical issues lawyers face in negotiation.

The featured speaker will be Ralph Cagle, director of the Lawyering Skills Program, University of Wisconsin Law School.
