Seminar Aimed At U.S. FirmsConsidering International Expansion

The Chicago Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month will present a CLE seminar titled Business Without Borders: Checklists for Your Global Business Expansion.

The program will take place on Wednesday, October 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Mid-America Club, Aon Building, 200 East Randolph Drive, Chicago.

This unique event will offer insights into many of the most significant legal concerns a business may confront as it expands global operations. The conference will feature nine focused, key-issue panel sessions presented by experienced business attorneys from more than 20 nations - includingin-house counsel from companies such as Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, Culligan International Company, Motorola, Inc., Ford Motor Credit Company, Yanmar America Corp., John Deere & Company and many others.

The conference will begin with a keynote presentation by James Mendenhall, general counsel to the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), Washington DC.
