San Francisco Bar To Offer Seminar On How To Conduct An Effective Interview

The Bar Association of San Francisco this month will present a CLE seminar titled Avoiding Hiring Disasters: Behavior Based Interviewing.

The program is scheduled for Tuesday, March 6 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the CLE Auditorium, 465 California Street, San Francisco.

This workshop will focus on preventing hiring disasters by using behavioral interviewing techniques. This powerful tool will provide important information for an effective hire. The techniques will be relevant to all legal hiring, including both attorney and administrative staff. A demonstration of an easy-to-use Interview Funnel Model will be included along with other practical techniques.

At the end of the presentation, attendees can expect to be able to: organize an interview process that gets results, ask the right questions, and use probing as a method to find out what a candidate can really do.

The speaker is Leif Everest, vice president of Management Team Consultants, Inc.
