San Francisco Bar To Explore IP Issues

The San Francisco Bar Association will explore IP issues in a lunchtime seminar titled Trademarks, Copyrights, and Patents: Intellectual Property Issue Spotting for Business Lawyers on Wednesday, January 21, from noon to 1 p.m.

Scheduled speaker Jennifer Golinveaux of Winston & Strawn LLP will lead the discussion, which is designed to help business lawyers identify and understand key IP issues facing their practice and provide a practical explanation of those issues without getting lost in the nuances of IP law.

Business lawyers who handle IP law and who are concerned that they might be missing potentially crucial issues affecting their clients will be interested in this session.
