San Francisco Bar To Discuss The Subprime Crisis

The San Francisco Bar Association will hold a lunchtime CLE session titled The Subprime Crisis: Trends in Criminal, Regulatory and Private Actions on Wednesday, January 21, from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Topics that will be discussed are recent developments in private actions, criminal enforcement and SEC enforcement.
