San Francisco Bar To Discuss Commercial Lease Issues

The Bar Association of San Francisco has scheduled a lunchtime CLE program titled Recession Fallout: Commercial Lease Issues for Thursday, July 10, from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center at 301 Battery Street, San Francisco.Lunch and registration begin at 11:30 a.m.

The session, which is designed for general business law practitioners, will explore lease issues in a troubled economy.Topics include typical commercial lease default and remedies in a recession, creative options for keeping commercial tenants in their space, and how to avoid lease concessions that may complicate any subsequent bankruptcy.
