San Francisco Bar Schedules Environmental Enforcement Seminar

The Environmental Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco is offering a CLE seminar titled Environment Enforcement 2007: Different Views of a Multi-Faceted World.

The program will take place on Thursday, May 17 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the BASF offices, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.

Speakers will discuss new developments in environmental enforcement, including DTSC/WRCB enforcement, federal pre-emption, the new LLM in prosecutorial science, responsible corporate officer, allocation and apportionment, and trends in clean water, air, waste and Proposition 65 enforcement.

Speakers will be Nancy Marvel, regional counsel, U.S. EPA; Roy J. Hubert Jr., California District Attorneys Association; Roger Pearson, editor, California Environmental Insider, and James R. Arnold, The Arnold Law Practice.
