The Bar Association of San Francisco is planning a CLE seminar titled Mediation Strategies in Employment Cases.
The program will take place on Thursday, December 13 from noon to 1 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.
Discussion topics will include: implementing video for effective mediation strategy; settlement strategy in employment actions, and building your case for settlement.
The speaker will be Stephen Murphy, The Law Offices of Stephen Murphy.
