San Francisco Bar Plans Time Mastery Seminar

The San Francisco Bar has scheduled its annual time mastery seminar for Friday, January 30, at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street in San Francisco.

The program will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. Lunch is included.

Workshop leader Frank Santitate, a leading time management scholar, will present 68 ways to maximize your work productivity and satisfaction, eliminate time stress, and create a balance between your work life and personal life. Participants will learn to work on what counts, delegate, plan your life, plan and set priorities, manage the phone, use the best email practices, eliminate time waste in meetings, stay in control of your work and stay organized, handle anxiety and incompletion, and to pause for perspective, creativity and well-being.
