The San Francisco Bar Association has scheduled a lunchtime CLE seminar titled Drafting Mediation Clauses for Friday, November 7, at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street in San Francisco.
The lunch and program will go from noon to 1 p.m. with registration at 11:30 a.m. Speakers Matthew J. Geyer and Connie Moore Dunning will teach business transactional attorneys how to protect clients with enforceable mediation clauses attuned to the latest case law and appropriate to domestic and international deals. Mr. Geyer is an attorney, arbitrator and mediator, and Ms. Dunning is the ADR director of the San Francisco Bar Association.
