The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel will host its third annual CLE Spring Training Day at Friday, April 18.
The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, 1333 Bayshore Highway, Burlingame, CA.
Participants will be able to choose among topics in intellectual property, litigation and generalpractice in four sessions from a selection of 12 different programs throughout the day. Topics include current trends to protect a company's rights in IP litigation, ethical dilemmas for counsel under Sarbanes-Oxley, the new e-discovery rules that affect companies and corporate practice, and other cutting-edge presentations.
Breakfast and lunch will be served, and there will be an expo throughout the day showcasing the chapter's sponsor firms and other service providers. A networking reception will follow the CLE sessions.
