The San Diego ACC chapter has scheduled this professional development seminar for lawyers whose careers have been negatively impacted by a down economy.
It will be held on Wednesday, November 11, at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps, 600 West Broadway in San Diego from noon until 1 p.m.
Kathryn Konzen, attorney recruiter at Davidson Attorneys, will provide attendees with some concrete steps to take to find a job despite the current economic downturn and will provide insights on the San Diego legal job market. Topics she will explore are job search strategies in a down economy; to contract or not to contract? the temporary work option; developing a target company list; what's happening with legal salaries in San Diego; relocation options and strategies; and what to do if you are entering the workforce.
