San Diego Bar Advises Lawyers Helping Clients in Trouble

The San Diego Bar Association will hold a seminar titled Your Client Has Financial Problems: Now What? for Wednesday, November 19, from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Bar Center, 1333 Seventh Avenue, San Diego.

In this one-hour program, two bankruptcy/workout practitioners will instruct participants how to advise clients who are in financial trouble in this difficult economic environment. They will help participants to identify warning signs that a client might be in trouble, select the right team of professionals to guide individual clients, and learn more about the ongoing role of a business and corporate law practitioner vis-à-vis the financially distressed client.

The featured speakers are Michael E. Busch and Gerald N. Sims of Pyle Sims Duncan & Stevenson.
