The San Diego Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month is planning a potpourri of CLE programs.
On Friday, May 5, the chapter has scheduled a brown bag program titled Essential Elements of an Employee Handbook and Other Forms from noon to 1 p.m. at a San Diego area location to be announced.
The speaker will be Janice Brown of the Brown Law Group.
On Tuesday, May 9, San Diego ACCA is offering a session titled Meet Your Counterpart: What Keeps You Awake at Night?
This program, which will feature a lively interactive discussion of current topics that are keeping in-house counsel awake at night, will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the offices of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, 3579 Valley Centre Drive, San Diego.

On Thursday, May 18, the chapter will present its monthly MCLE seminar titled Workplace Investigations.
The program, featuring speakers Rich Paul and Paul Betts, partners at Paul, Plevan, Sullivan & Connaughton, will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at a site to be announced.
