The San Diego Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America is planning a session titled Brown Bag Program: Alternative Fee Arrangements.
The program will take place on Thursday, January 10 from noon to 1 p.m. at Rick Engineering, 5620 Friars Road, San Diego.
This will be an interactive presentation discussing a variety of alternative fee arrangements. The panel of speakers will include experienced outside and inside counsel.
The speakers will include Jay Wheeler, Chapin Wheeler LLP, and Vera Pardee, in-house counsel, Digirad Corporation.
