The San Diego Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month will present a CLE seminar titled Executive Compensation Update: Brand New Year, Brand New Rules.
The program will take place on Thursday, February 15 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the offices of Heller Ehrman LLP, 4350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego.
Starting with the impending 2007 proxy season, public companies must address executive (and director) compensation in an entirely new and more comprehensive fashion. In-house and outside counsel will discuss the new rules, what they mean and how to prepare for these major changes.
The program moderator is Ryan Murr, a partner at Heller Ehrman.
