The San Diego Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America has scheduled a pair of programs on its August CLE calendar.
On Thursday, August 2, the chapter will present Brown Bag Program: ERISA for the Non-ERISA Attorney from noon to 1 p.m. at the offices of Luca, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps, 11988 El Camino Real, Suite 200, San Diego. Speakers are still to be announced.
On Thursday, August 16, the chapter has planned a session titled Wage and Hour Update from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the offices of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, 501 West Broadway, Suite 1100, San Diego. Speakers will be George Howard and Laura Licht, Pillsbury Winthrop, and Bill Sailer, California Labor Law Bulletin Editorial Board.
