The San Diego ACC chapter has scheduled its annual GC roundtable and a day of MCLE for Friday, January 23, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the San Diego Yacht Club, 1011 Anchorage Lane in San Diego.
In the morning, program tracks offer a variety of topics to choose from, such as what in-house counsel needs to know about intellectual property, automation and outsourcing of review processes, and trade secrets law and e-discovery. A lunch program follows with a presentation by LexisNexis titled Elimination of Bias.A GC Roundtable on Ethics is scheduled for the afternoon with panelists Laura Stein, senior vice president and general counsel, The Clorox Company; Randy Berholtz, vice president, general counsel and secretary, Acon Labs; and Janine Sarti, general counsel, Palomar Pomerado Health. A networking session immediately follows the roundtable.
