The Sacramento Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America will present a CLE seminar titled Mediation Tips.
The program will take place on Thursday, July 19 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Casa Garden Restaurant Patio Room, 2780 Sutterville Road, Sacramento, CA.
A mediator and practitioner will discuss how to make the most of a mediation, including planning, mediator styles, timing, briefs, confiding in the mediator, and negotiation strategies.
The speakers will be Kurt Kappes, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and Martin Quinn, a mediator with JAMS.
