The Sacramento Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month is planning a CLE seminar titled Mediation Tips.
The program will take place on Thursday, April 19 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Casa Garden Restaurant, 2780 Sutterville Road, Sacramento, CA.
A mediator and a practitioner will discuss how to make the most of a mediation, including planning, mediation styles, timing, briefs, confiding in the mediator, and negotiating strategy.
Speakers will be Kurt Kappes, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and Martin Quinn, JAMS.
