Sills Cummis & Gross announced the addition of S. Jason Teele as a Member in the firm’s creditors’ rights/bankruptcy reorganization practice group in the Newark office.
Mr. Teele brings a wealth of experience in corporate restructuring, commercial litigation and transactional matters involving distressed businesses. He gives practical, actionable advice to creditors, creditors’ committees, purchasers of distressed assets, lessors and debtors in all aspects of financial distress. He also advises companies, boards of directors, directors and officers of financially troubled companies regarding their fiduciary duties and strategies for dealing with distressed customers or vendors. His experience spans a number of industries including, automotive, broadcasting, chemical, health care, manufacturing, media and entertainment, paper and publishing, pharmaceutical, retail, textiles, and transportation and logistics.
