Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, a full-service national law firm with offices from coast to coast, announces today two new litigators have joined the firm. Partners Robin Nunn and Jennifer Park join the firm’s offices in Washington, D.C. and New York, and Chicago, respectively. Nunn will focus on complex litigation matters, while Park will concentrate on securities and healthcare working in tandem with the firm’s Houston team.

Before joining Nelson Mullins, Nunn gained significant experience in commercial, government-facing, and appellate litigation, as well as strategic counseling in high-stakes cases, anti-discrimination matters, and investigations. As a seasoned trial attorney, she has litigated more than 300 cases before numerous state and federal district and appellate courts. Nunn focuses on regulatory, enforcement, and complex civil litigation matters. She represents institutions in matters initiated by federal regulatory agencies and state attorneys general. She also advises clients in the fintech/insurtech spaces. Prior to private practice, Nunn was in-house with Capital One as vice president, senior associate general counsel, and with American Express as counsel.
Nunn holds many active leadership positions, currently serving in various roles for the American Bar Association, Council for Court Excellence, National Endowment for Financial Education, Conference on Consumer Finance Law, and American College of Consumer Financial Service Lawyers. She is a member of the D.C. Court of Appeals Committee on Unauthorized Practice of Law. Nunn was recently selected by The Network Journal as an honoree for its annual 25 Influential Black Women in Business awards. Nunn received the GWAC Trailblazer Award. She has also been named a Minority Corporate Counsel Association Rising Star, a fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, a National Bar Association Women Lawyers Division Achievement Award finalist, and a recipient of a Pro Bono Publico Award.
Park is a seasoned litigator who concentrates on complex commercial litigation matters, including securities and healthcare litigation, and she advocates for a broad range of clients--ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She has experience defending clients in government enforcement actions and investigations brought by the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and other enforcement agencies. Additionally, Park assists Korean companies and individual clients in litigation and general business matters, providing them access to legal representation in Korean. Park earned her J.D. at the University of Houston Law Center, a Master of Arts from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and her undergraduate degree from Sogang University.
