Fox Rothschild is delighted to expand its presence in Florida with the opening of a new office in Sarasota led by Robert Stroud, who is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in Health Law. Stroud will also chair the firm’s Health Care Transactions Practice Group within the Corporate Department.
With the Sarasota addition and its existing Miami and West Palm Beach offices, the Fox platform now extends to 30 locations nationwide with 50 attorneys resident in its Florida offices.
Stroud joins the Sarasota office with experienced counsel Yazen Dides and associate Mark Clare.
The Sarasota office will be located at One Sarasota Tower, 2 North Tamiami Trail, Suite 400.

Stroud applies his knowledge to facilitate industry-leading health care transactions for clients across the United States. He represents large medical practices, publicly traded companies and their subsidiaries, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, private investors, and health care services entities in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, strategic transactions, joint ventures and other corporate matters. He will serve as Office Managing Partner for Sarasota and also join the firm’s Executive Committee.
Dides’s corporate and health law practice includes advising clients on entity formation, business governance, and health care regulatory compliance. He focuses on drafting and negotiating transactions, facilitating buy/sell business deals, assets or divisions and joint ventures, and representing health care entities on regulatory, licensure and related corporate matters.
Clare focuses his practice on assisting health care clients with corporate matters. He provides legal counsel regarding health care industry transactions and regulatory matters and advises on entity formation, business governance issues and business transactions, including acquisitions, reorganizations and consolidations.
