On Thursday, September 15, the Bar Association of San Francisco will offer Top Risk Management Trends and Red Flags.
It will run from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street in San Francisco.
Speakers Martin S. Checov, O'Melveny & Myers LLP; Michele K. Trausch, Hanson Bridgett LLP; and Daniel W. Hager, Roeca Haas Hager LLP will cover the following topics: the role of counsel in overseeing systemic risk management and risk management trends and red flags, including protecting confidentiality in the face of rapidly evolving technologies; in-house counsel and attorney-client privilege; conflicts related to lateral hiring and use of contract lawyers; and the use of ethical walls to avoid disqualification.
