A St. Louis Business Journal article, "Law firm's Clayton office adds ex-federal prosecutor, tax specialist as partners," highlighted the growth of the firm's St. Louis office. Partners Reginald Harris and Karen Rippelmeyer joined the office in June and July 2024.
St. Louis Office Managing Partner Michael Kaplan said our clients throughout the firm would benefit from an attorney with Harris' background and experience as a white-collar criminal defense attorney. With Rippelmeyer, the St. Louis office now has an attorney with experience in the low-income housing tax credits space.
Harris, a former federal prosecutor, focuses on handling corporate compliance, workplace safety violations, investment fraud, regulatory noncompliance, health care fraud, OSHA violations and employment discrimination. He joined the firm as member of its Financial Services and Class Action Practice Division.
Rippelmeyer focuses her practice on real estate law and tax credit and impact financing, including new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and low-income housing tax credits. She joined the firm as a member of its Real Estate and Public Finance Practice Division.
Stinson's St. Louis office is home to over 60 attorneys and is one of the largest law firms in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The firm's St. Louis attorneys have extensive knowledge and experience across multiple practices, including complex business and commercial litigation, intellectual property & technology, private business, real estate and tax credit and impact finance.
