Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Rebecca R. Kuritzkes has joined the firm’s Dallas office in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities group. Rebecca concentrates her practice on representing private and public clients in general corporate and transactional matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions of U.S.-based and international entities. She joins from Thompson Coburn LLP.
Rebecca’s arrival continues the strategic expansion of the firm’s Dallas office, which opened in July 2023 with the addition of seven leading corporate, real estate, and finance attorneys with national practices. Since its opening, partners Jason C. Ray and Barrett R. Howell, and of counsel Donald G. Ainscow have joined the office.
Rebecca has notable experience drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents, leading transactional due diligence efforts, and advising clients in matters regarding private equity offerings.
Admitted to practice in Texas and North Carolina, Rebecca received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and her B.A. from Southern Methodist University. During law school, Rebecca was the executive online editor of the Wake Forest Law Review. Rebecca also served as the pro bono project coordinator for the Prison Letters Project, assisting inmates with vital legal research.
