Baker Botts LLP, a leading international energy, technology and life sciences law firm, announced today that Andrew Roche has joined its Singapore office as a partner in the Global Projects Department.
Mr. Roche’s practice focuses on the project financing and development of energy, natural resources and infrastructure projects throughout Asia and the Pacific, where he has been working for nearly 20 years. He advises clients in the power, oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, and infrastructure sectors. He has particular experience in the financing of LNG, renewables, refining, and digital infrastructure.

Mr. Roche’s arrival follows that of partners Richard Guit, Daniel Reinbott and Michael Harrison, who recently joined the Singapore office. With the relocation of Lewis Jones from the London office of Baker Botts, there are currently five partners in the Singapore office. In addition, the office includes two Global Projects special counsel, Jessica Ham and Giles Ashman.
