The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) is planning a CLE seminar titled U.S. Supreme Court, 2006-2007 Term: Review of Environmental Decisions.
The program will take place on Monday, October 1 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco.
The speakers will be Vikram Amar, professor of law, UC Hastings College of Law; Clifford Rechtschaffen, professor of law and co-director of the Environmental Law and Justice Clinic, Golden Gate University School of Law, and Rick Frank, professor of law, UC Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law.
