Program Will Review EnvironmentalDecisions Of U.S. Supreme Court

The Environmental Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco this month will present a CLE seminar titled U.S. Supreme Court 2005-2006 Term: Review of Environmental Decisions.

The program will take place on Thursday, November 16 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the CLE Auditorium, 465 California Street, San Francisco. Registration starts at 11:30 a.m.

Three law professors will offer their perspectives on the Supreme Court's 2005-2006 term and discuss the potential effects of the High Court's recent decisions on administrative law in general and environmental law in particular.

The panel of speakers will be Vikram Amar, Harry and Lillian Hastings Professor of Law, UC Hastings College of Law; Clifford Rechtschaffen, professor of law and co-director of the Environmental Law and Justice Clinic, Golden Gate University School of Law, and Rick Frank, executive director, California Center for Environmental Law and Policy, Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley.
