The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) this month is planning a CLE seminar titled New Pension Act.
The program will take place on Wednesday, November 15 from 9 to 11:45 a.m. at the CBA-CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.
Speakers will examine topics such as: Defined Benefit Plans; Defined Contribution Plans; Miscellaneous Pension Law Changes, and Overview of Critical Tax-Exempt Organization Changes.
Panelists will include Irene F. Gallagher, Holland & Hart LLP; Scott A. Hittner, CCA Strategies LLC, and Stephen A. Rickles and Peter C. Guthery, Berenbaum Weinshienk & Eason PC.
