The New York Chapter of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals will host a program titled Dealing with the Credit Crunch: What You and Your Board Should Know on Thursday, December 11 at 6 p.m.It will be held at Goldman Sachs, 180 Maiden Lane, 30th Floor, Room C, New York City.
The panelist will include Terry Stack, vice president and treasurer of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
Their presentation will cover the current state of the public and private credit markets; how companies are dealing with existing creditors and securing new capital in this tricky climate; the key legal issues that companies are facing; and how the corporate secretary and the board can guide companies through this environment.
