Program On The Usage Of Letters Of Credit

The Los Angeles County Bar Association will focus a luncheon program on Letters of Credit: Their Usage In Commercial Real Estate Leases on Thursday, May 22 at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles. Registration for lunch will commence at 11:45 a.m. The program will run from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

The speakers scheduled are Dennis Bartz, Bank of the West Global Trading Services and Donna J. Zenor, Morrison & Foerster LLP.

This program is designed for the real estate practitioner and will review the basics of letters of credit and their usage in commercial real estate leases. It will also review the issues that practitioners representing the lender, landlord and tenant encounter.
