PLI has scheduled Preparation of Annual Disclosure Documents - a two-day seminar for legal practitioners, accountants and compliance officers involved in the drafting of proxy statements, Form 10-Ks, annual reports, and other periodic and current disclosure documents filed with the SEC.
The seminar will be held Monday and Tuesday, December 14 and 15, at the University of Chicago's Gleacher Center, 450 N. Cityfront Plaza Drive in Chicago. It will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. both days.
SEC staff will review the Division of Corporation Finance organizational structure and processes and offer best practices for working with the division, and they will describe recent developments and staff review priorities and interpretations.
Among the Speakers are Michael L. Hermsen, Mayer Brown LLP; Charles E. Berg, partner and audit practice leader, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP; and Karen J. Garnett, assistant director, Real Estate and Business Services, Division of Corporate Finance, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
