PLI To Present The Latest Trends In Corporate Governance And Best Practices

The Sixth Annual Directors' Institute on Corporate Governance will cover the most recent corporate governance trends and best practices. Sponsored by the PLI, it will be held at the PLI Center, 810 Seventh Avenue at 53rd Street (21st floor), New York City on Monday, September 22 from 9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

The program will be chaired by Ira M. Millstein, senior associate dean for corporate governance, Yale School of Management and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.The co-chairs will be Kayla J.
