PLI To Host Annual ConferenceOn Telecommunications Policy

The Practising Law Institute is presenting their 26th annual program, Telecommunications Policy and Regulation Institute 2008 on Thursday and Friday, December 4 and 5.

The event will take place at The Washington Hilton, 1919 Connecticut Avenue in Washington, D.C. The first day will run from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and the second day will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 12:15 p.m.

Attendees will benefit from the program's comprehensive approach to the subjects of all telecommunications policy and regulation case highlights, legislative and regulatory updates and changes the telecommunications industry has seen over the past year.

Topics will include Internet network issues, developments in public safety and homeland security, practical wireline and wireless tutorials, and broadband developments.
