PLI has scheduled Preparation of Annual Disclosure Documents - a two-day seminar for legal practitioners, accountants and compliance officers involved in the drafting of proxy statements, Form 10-Ks, annual reports, and other periodic and current disclosure documents filed with the SEC.
The seminar will be held Wednesday and Thursday, December 16 and 17, at the PLI California Center, 685 Market Street in San Francisco. It will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. both days.
SEC staff will review the Division of Corporation Finance organizational structure and processes and offer best practices for working with the division, and they will describe recent developments and staff review priorities and interpretations.
