The Practising Law Institute is planning a CLE seminar titled Title Insurance 2007.
The program will take place on November 28 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the PLI Conference Center, 810 Seventh Avenue, New York City.
A panel of expert title insurance professionals and real estate practitioners will examine the new American Land Title Association title insurance policies, and cover the basic title insurance concepts that attorneys need to know as well as the more sophisticated issues facing professionals in the industry today. The faculty will provide practical suggestions and strategies for handling critical concerns, including multi-state due diligence under Revised Article 9, the increasing use of affirmative creditors' rights endorsements, and how to insure title through bankruptcy sales.
