Philadelphia Seminar Reviews Executive Compensation Issues

On Tuesday, April 19, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in conjunction with the Practising Law Institute will look at Hot Issues in Executive Compensation in 2011.

The program will be broadcast to PBI's Conference Center at the Wanamaker Building in Central Philadelphia. It begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.

The topics include Current Compensation Practices and Levels; Changes in the Legal and Regulatory Landscape (Dodd-Frank Act and SEC Disclosure and Enforcement); Developing a Plan Under New Say-On-Pay Regime; and Developing Best Practices in Executive Compensation and Succession Planning.
