NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) announces the addition of Peter J. Mastaglio, Esq., to its New York Metro roster of neutrals.
Mr. Mastaglio has substantial experience in a diverse range of matters that includes employment, discrimination, real property taxation, eminent domain, zoning and land use, creditors' rights and general contract and corporate law disputes. During his career, he garnered extensive trial experience extending to both the state and federal courts and has argued appeals before the New York Court of Appeals, the Appellate Divisions of New York State Supreme Court and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Mastaglio brings a wealth of experience to NAM, having counseled and mediated numerous complex claims and lawsuits involving, banking and finance, commercial and corporate, construction, labor law, professional malpractice and real estate matters. Mr. Mastaglio is well known throughout the New York Metro legal community having appeared countless times in the courtrooms of Kings, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties.
