Pennsylvania Bar Institute To Focus On Privacy and Data Security

On Tuesday, November 24, the PBI will host a seminar to discuss the latest issues arising in data security and privacy matters. It will be held at the Bayfront Convention Center, 1 Sassafras Pier, Erie, PA.

The discussion will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 1:30 p.m.

Participants will hear of the staggering changes that have occurred in the worlds of corporate and consumer privacy. The changes impact broad areas of practice from government enforcement issues to corporate liability for failure to protect information. New data security systems and privacy protection laws are changing the landscape for clients and corporations with masses of data and human resource information. Learn the latest techniques to avoid the legal issues that are arising from breaches in data security and privacy matters.
