Edward S. Adams, professor of finance and law at the University of Minnesota, will lead the seminar, which will be held on Thursday, June 19 at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building, Suite 1010, Philadelphia, and on Friday, June 20 at the Bucks County Bar Association, 135 East State Street, Doylestown. At both locations, the course will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 3:30 p.m.
