PBI To Present E-Discovery Seminar

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute has scheduled a CLE seminar titled E-Discovery in two locations.

The program will take place on Wednesday, November 14 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia, and on Friday, November 16 at the Koppers Building, 436 Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh. The Philadelphia program will be broadcast live via videoconference at the PBI Conference Center in Mechanicsburg, PA.

During this program, speakers will: explore current and future discovery rules and their impact on e-discovery; learn techniques technologists employ to find electronic information; discuss the types of information available for discovery and the formats in which you can obtain electronic documents, and describe how cost-shifting can impact expenses.

Speakers will be David G. Ries, Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP, and Sharon D. Nelson, Sensei Enterprises, Inc.
