PBI To Offer Franchise Seminar

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute this month will present a CLE seminar titled Franchise and Distribution Law Developments.

The program will take place on Wednesday, April 11 from 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Marriott City Center, 112 Washington Place, Pittsburgh.

The program will explore some of the different ways that a successful business concept can be expanded, and examine the economic and legal implications of choosing a franchise model versus more traditional methods of distribution.

Among the speakers are Dean T. Fournaris and Benjamin A. Levin, Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, and Joseph Schumacher, Wiggin and Dana LLP.
