The Pennsylvania Bar Institute is offering a full day program entitled Legislative Process, Statutory Drafting, Regulatory Process and Update. The event will be held on Thursday, September 17 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the PBI Conference Center at 5080 Ritter Road, Rossmoyne Exit, Rt. 15, Mechanicsburg, PA.
The seminar, developed by legislative insiders, is important for any lawyer, lobbyist or related corporate professional who must understand the complex rules, procedures and practical aspects of the statutory and regulatory process as they exist today and as they are likely to evolve in the future. The course will discuss the detailed, relevant and current aspects of the most useful methods to create legislation of all types.
