PBI Hosts Program On Pennsylvania's Alternative Energy Act

On Wednesday, November 5, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute will present the seminar Navigating Pennsylvania's Alternative Energy Investment Act. The program will be held at the PBI Conference Center, 5080 Ritter Road in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, beginning at 9 a.m. and concluding at 1:15 p.m. Several other locations will host simulcasts of the program as well.

Daniel Clearfield, WolfBlock, LLC and John Hanger, president and CEO of Citizens for Pennsylvania's Future will lead attendees through such topics as alternative, solar, clean, geothermal and wind energy projects, high-performance "green" buildings, early stages of energy-related investment, home efficiency loan programs, and biofuel development and in-state production incentives.

The faculty will dissect these new acts, explain their provisions and highlight the process clients would need to follow to qualify for participation in this new alternative energy economy.
