PBI Compulsory Arbitration Seminar Slated In Philadelphia

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute will present its Compulsory Arbitration Seminar, which is required for any attorney practicing in Philadelphia who is interested in becoming certified to sit as an arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

The course will be given at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building on Juniper Street, Philadelphia, from 8:30 to 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, October 31.

Course planner Sayde J. Ladov, vice chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, has assembled a panel of experienced arbitrators to explain the operation of the arbitration system, to demonstrate their skills during a mock hearing, and to examine the attorney's role and responsibilities as an arbitrator to parties, panels and opposing counsel.

For information on registration fees and available CLE credits, see the Bulletin Board on The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel website at www.metro-corpcounsel.com.
