Patrick has a distinguished track record of representing private equity funds, independent sponsors, public and private companies, search funds, family offices, founders, and entrepreneurs in complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, debt and equity financings, venture capital transactions, and joint ventures.

Patrick received his B.B.A., cum laude, from Howard Payne University and his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law.
