Patent Law Review To Be Hosted By Pennsylvania Bar

On Thursday, November 6 and Monday, November 10, The Pennsylvania Bar Institute will be hosting a program titled One Year After eBay, MedImmune, KSR and Seagate . The seminar will run from 9 a.m. until 12:15 on both days. On the first date the program will be held in Philadelphia at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Suite 1010, and on the second date at the PBI Professional Development Conference Center, Heinz 57 Center, 339 Sixth Avenue in Pittsburgh.

Recent important decisions rendered by the Supreme Court in the cases of eBay, MedImmune, KSR and Seagate have altered the landscape of patent law. Attendees of this seminar will hear from experienced patent litigators and practitioners as they discuss the impact of these decisions and the implications for how best to deal with these cases.
