A&O Shearman today announces it is strengthening its global debt finance practice with the hire of Parisa Clovis, who will join our market leading sponsor side debt finance practice in London to lead on sponsor side fund finance in Europe.
Joining a team of over 200 private capital partners across the U.S., U.K., EMEA and APAC, Parisa will further enhance the A&O Shearman team’s capabilities across the full suite of fund financing products and markets and add sought-after dedicated borrower-side leadership and depth to our fund financing practice.
