OSBASeminar To Focus On Environmental Law In Ohio

The Ohio State Bar Association this month will present its 22nd Annual Ohio Environmental Law Seminar.

The program will take place Thursday-Saturday, April 26-28 at the Deer Creek Resort and Conference Center, 22300 State Park Road, Mount Sterling, OH. Sessions will take place from 12:10 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

Among the discussion topics will be: Nanotechnology and Impacts on Environmental Issues; Climate Change and Its Impact on Environmental Practitioners; Ethics - Model Rule Changes; Sustainable Development With Focus on Lake Erie and Big Darby Creek Watersheds; Negotiating Cases With Ohio EPA and Ohio Attorney General's Office; Brownfield Redevelopment - Latest Hot Issues, and Environmental Criminal Enforcement.

The seminar co-chairs are BillFischbein, Ohio EPA, and Ronald R. Janke, Jones Day.
